100 Day Shirts and Last Day of School

This week was full of last events. Tuesday was 100 day at the preschool, and to celebrate each child made a shirt with 100 things and had a fashion show at school. Since I was going to be there with Deacon taking pictures, he got to participate as well. Deacon really enjoys participating in all the preschool activities and has lots of practice for the fall. He joins right in the circle, groups, or whatever else they are doing. The kids and teachers all know him so well already, he should not have any problem adjusting to preschool life.

Deacon displaying the 100 sequins on his shirt. Liam decorated his shirt with 100 googely eyes and green puffy fabric paint. He did this completely on his own. Wednesday was the last day of regular preschool. He had been asked to wear his pajamas so I obliged. He thought this was very cool. It was my day to help at the school, so I got to hang out and have fun with him. I cannot believe that he is now a Kindergartener. He will be going to the big elementary school and be a real kid. Wow.
